Job Description

We are looking for an architect with below responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
• Prepares architectural and civil specifications for projects.
• prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
• support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in architecture.
• minimum 3 years experience in UAE
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
• Knowledge in BIM and REVIT (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)
