- Review Tender & IFC information model issued by consultants (2D drawings, BIM models & asset data) as per ISO19650. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve competing and/or conflicting elements into design deliverables & take necessary actions. (RFI, CVI, workshops etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the deliverables during the design and construction supervision stages to ensure adherence to the contract documents and established the project\'s objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports the design manager with the establishment of a Project Design Management Plan, Project Execution Plan, Quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Assurance/Quality Control Plan, submittal planning and other documents as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate multi-discipline info and ensure liaise with all parties. Ability to foresee constraints and act. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and raise RFIs & CVIs. Ensure the response clarity on the queries raised. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Design coordinator in the management of Subcontractor works and point out any technical deviation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible for ensuring the modeller/draughtsman has the correct information for updating the shop drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure document submittals are completed promptly \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Design team in the sub-contractor coordination process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to review & do follow-up on DFC, EI or DCR. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review direct work/Subcontractor\'s shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and maintain up-to-date drawing delivery schedule. Ensure all work is passed to the document controller for publishing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile materials submittals and methods of working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Coordinator and Manager by providing information for site queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with the Planning Department to update the working program \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the process of design abortive works claims due to IFC changes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand details & support the Value Engineering process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support & ensure as-built/redline process. Collect the information for as-built drawings, pass it to the modeler to \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete the detailed drawing, and then check the details to ensure they are accurate.
