Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the GCC region, with expertise in interior design, draughting, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.

Prepare and present design proposals, including layouts, materials, and finishes.

Create detailed drawings and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.

Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Oversee the implementation and quality of interior design works on-site.

Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in GCC countries, with a strong portfolio of completed interior projects.

Spouse Visa / Freelance Visa holders are preferred.

Priority given to female candidates.

Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English (written and spoken).

Strong draughting skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

Experience in project management , including budgeting, scheduling, and site coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
