We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for architectural design, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.

- Create detailed ID Package, BOQ, and 3D models using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

- Conduct site visits to evaluate the site conditions, analyze environmental factors, and gather necessary data for the design process.

- Research and select appropriate materials, construction techniques, and building systems to optimize project outcomes.

- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the overall design.

- Prepare and present design proposals, including visual representations, to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction process, addressing design-related queries and resolving any issues that arise.

- Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design intent, making necessary adjustments and revisions as required.

- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for materials, labor, and other project expenses, and monitor expenditures to stay within budget constraints. ( •BOQ • )

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design, and integrate them into projects as appropriate.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Continuously enhance your professional skills and knowledge through ongoing education, training, and participation in relevant industry events.

- You will be involved mainly with interior design projects and fewer architecture projects.

- Candidates willing to work in the field of Interior Designing need to apply.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / Interior Designer from an accredited institution.

-Proven experience in architectural / Interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.

-Candidate with a minimum of 4-6 years' experience and above.

-Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.

-Knowledgeable in building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preference given to candidates who understand BOQ & estimations.
