Architect / Interior Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of creativity, expertise, and leadership to our projects. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet and exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts that reflect the client's vision, functional requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
• Lead the design process from initial sketches and mood boards to detailed drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and present design proposals effectively.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess spatial requirements, site conditions, and any constraints that may impact the design.
• Generate comprehensive design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and material selections.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering their growth and development within the firm.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our designs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent conceptual and spatial design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts persuasively.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing design teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Professional certification or licensure (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
