Architect / Interior Designer
Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in architecture interior design.
• Software Skills : Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD,3d Max and Corona.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Design Skills : Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in 3D rendering software
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects.
Architect Responsibilities:
• Meeting With Clients and Determining their needs and requirements
• Managing Design Projects from Concept Development through to completion
• Developing and Presenting Project Proposals
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the Client's needs
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Prepare Furniture and interior layout
• Work on the Furniture selection
• Prepare drawings and BOQ
