Job Description
DescriptionWe are working with a Western PMC who are looking to hire an Architect for their Interior Design division.As an Interior Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of the projects which include luxury Hospitality and High End Residential.You will collaborate closely with our architectural and engineering teams to create innovative interior spaces.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Produce detailed interior design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and vendors to procure materials and furnishings.
- Oversee the implementation of design concepts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to junior interior designers and interns as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Competitive salary of circa 15-20,000 AED per month, commensurate with experience.
