Position Title: Architect - Facade and Aluminum

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Develop and design innovative facade systems using aluminum and other materials.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications for facade projects.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the design process from conceptual stages through to final construction.
• Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other architects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance on the use of aluminum and other facade materials.
• Conduct material research and selection to ensure durability, sustainability, and aesthetic quality.
• Resolve technical issues related to facade design and construction.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure the integrity of facade designs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
• Perform quality checks on facade installations and materials.
• Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in facade and aluminum.
• Proven experience in managing facade projects from design to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
