:The Architectural Foreman is responsible for assisting the Senior Site Manager in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site architectural and fit-out works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

• Assesses equipment, materials and labor needed to complete large and/or complex construction tasks for the purpose of ensuring that activities meet the project standards and resolve defined issue(s) while reducing wasted resources.

• Assists in the personnel management of resources for the purpose of maintaining staffing needs and productivity of the workforce.

• Coordinates the services and activities of outside contractors, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring that work is completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.

• Directs assigned staff in resolving complex and/or difficult issues for the purpose of ensuring that work locations are maintained in a safe and effective working environment.

• Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and complying with regulatory requirements and established guidelines.

• Maintains assigned tools, equipment, and vehicle(s) for the purpose of ensuring their availability as needed to meet assigned objectives.

• Performs a wide variety of skilled construction related activities for the purpose of ensuring that work issues are resolved and projects are completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.

• Prepares a variety of project-mandated documents and reports for the purpose of documenting activities and complying with the requirements.

• Prioritizes and assigns related work orders to skilled labors for the purpose of ensuring that locations are maintained in a safe working environment meeting guidelines and budgetary limits.

• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Requirements

• 5-10-year Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.

• Education: Degree in Architecture from a recognized University

• Proficient in architectural drawings, specifications and details
