Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing BOQ, editing BOQ, comparing BOQ with the design making sure its aligned to avoid any mistakes in the price.

. Getting prices from multiple contactors and comparing sub-contactors prices. Sort out prices from the market.

. Project management by visiting the site and checking it is aligned with the design

Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design concepts and solutions for hospitality and residential projects.

Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings, using AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, and other relevant software.

Generate high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Prepare presentations and design proposals, incorporating mood boards, material samples, and visual references using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Conduct research on latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to ensure designs are contemporary and relevant.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.

Assist in project management tasks, including client meetings, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Candidates outside the UAE are welcomed to work from home.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in interior design.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design in Dubai, with a focus on hospitality and residential projects.

- Must Experience in Project Price Estimation

- Must Experience in BOQ

Fluent in English (fluency is a must).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and ideally Corona Renderer.

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction documentation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai is preferred.
