We are seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Engineer with a strong background in the UAE real estate and development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of local regulations, construction practices, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define architectural requirements and objectives.
• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to inform design decisions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into projects.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing expert guidance on architectural matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably with a focus on developer projects in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
