Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Experiance in Exterior and Interior designing in 2D & 3D Realistic Drawing in softwares
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Experience with project management and cost estimation.
• Ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to prepare and present technical reports and proposals.
• Experience with quality control and safety standards.
• Ability to provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
