Architect

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. We specialize in renovations and fit-outs, delivering high-quality spaces for commercial and residential clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 3

years of experience

in the UAE construction and renovation sector. Proficient in architectural design, layout planning, and site coordination. Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, corona Photoshop, and other design software. Ability to

prepare BOQs, material specifications

, and detailed drawings. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.

Experience

in working with

kitchen and closet designs is a plus

Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Bring necessary documents

(drawings, specifications, checklists). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Prepare visual presentations, including 2D or 3D renderings, mood boards, and sample boards, to effectively communicate design ideas using design software or other tools. Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including space plans, joinery details, material boards, and finishes. Coordinate directly with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and lifestyle requirements. Monitor the project timeline and budget, ensuring on-site quality aligns with the original design vision. Prepare mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design ideas. ? Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to enhance the overall design. Oversee project execution and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work aligns with design and quality standards.
