Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a minimum of one year of professional experience in the UAE construction field. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a creative approach to design, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to design architectural plans and concepts for various construction projects. Work on the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation. Review project designs to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure quality control. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project. Assist in the development of presentations for clients, stakeholders, and approvals. Ensure designs are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE construction industry. Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards in the UAE. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Immediate availability is preferred.
