Job Description

Prepare joinery workshop drawings, interior design layouts, technical plans and elevations, 3D views, design presentations, BOQ, estimates and quotations for management and client review Create technical drawings and models from sketches, verbal and written specifications obtained from clients Must have working knowledge of 3Ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant software to develop 3D views and architectural/technical drawings Expertise in multi-tasking by handling various designing and drafting assignments from multiple projects all at the same time under minimal supervision Holding a Diploma in Architecture or any related field is preferred but not necessary Wide experience in metal joinery or carpentry, furniture and fixture builds, exhibition stands, interior decoration and commercial / residential fit out projects is preferred Knowledge in space planning & commercial interior environment, fit-out detailing, specifications, suppliers & materials is preferred Knowledge in Dubai Municipality approvals / License Must be fluent in English Expected to start immediately
