The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled architect to lead luxury villa, commercial, and residential building projects while coordinating effectively with various teams and authorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural design from concept to detailed execution for various projects, including luxury villas and commercial buildings.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and QS teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.Conduct site visits and inspections to address challenges and propose solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.Collaborate with project management teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and resources are effectively managed.Ensure compliance with regulations from Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, TRAKHEES, Emaar, Dubai Properties, and the Dubai Building Code.
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience in Dubai, particularly with luxury villas and commercial buildings.DM Engineer Qualification (DEQ) and registration with the Society of Engineers (SOE) are mandatory.
Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Additional Requirements:Experience with Dubai Municipality coordination and authority approvals is highly preferred.
A valid UAE driving license is a plus.Expertise in submission and approval processes for authority permits is essential.
