Job Description
-If you don't have Dubai experience and doesn't meet the criteria, please don't apply.
? With minimum experience of 7 years here in Dubai
? Knowledge in Building design concept & planning as per regulation
? Must have knowledge about authorities standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees, & Dubai South, etc).
? Collaborate with senior architects and designers on project planning and development
? Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop and 3ds Max etc for design and drafting tasks
? Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop and 3ds Max etc
? Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
? Excellent communication skills for client interactions
? Ability to work in conceptual, working drawings and strong detail-oriented.
