Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing acoustic isolation scope of project.
• Understanding acoustical requirements of the project.
• Undergoing load and acoustical calculations for material selection.
• Calculation and Estimation of material costing and quantities.
• Preparation of commercial offer with technical details.
• Understanding and preparing of Acoustic Report.
• Should undergo material selection with manufactures advice.
• Preparing acoustical design with respect to the site condition.
• Preparing Shop Drawings for implementation at site.
• Assisting in material technical submittal documents.
• Calculating the quantity in coordination with site team.
• Assisting in timeframe calculation of the project.
• Assisting the site team for installation and site proceedings throughout the project.
• Attending Client meetings.
• Preparation of site progressive reports.
• Ability to work under pressure

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferably with the Experience of Acoustic work.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction, or similar
• Experience in a similar role.
• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and Acoustic design.
• Knowledgeable in Autocad and MS Office
• Great organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn
• Preferably Philippine Female

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
