Job Description

We are seeking an Architect with at least 5 years UAE experience. The candidate should have a strong focus on pricing, budgeting, and cost management in the fitout industry and will be responsible for preparing and managing project costs, providing cost-effective design solutions, and ensuring that projects meet both budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pricing and budgeting for architectural fitout projects.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Review vendor quotes, assess cost implications, and suggest cost-saving alternatives.
• Oversee design documentation, ensuring projects are within budget while meeting design intent.
• Provide ongoing pricing support and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 5+ years UAE experience in architecture, focusing on fitout projects and pricing.
• Strong skills in cost estimating, budgeting, and project management.
• Proficiency in design and pricing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, estimating tools).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
