Job Description

ARCHITECT DESIGNER / ENGINEER Responsibilities:

Create design plan for villas / Residential and Commercial Buildings development project.

Architects design, plan, and supervise, ensuring a balance of vision and practicality.

Discuss ideas, materials, costs and timelines with clients

Draft plans by hand and using computer aided design software

Prepare instructions for construction and engineering teams

Create External & Internal 3D

Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.

Manage projects and visit sites to check on progress

Liaise with professional staff such as Civil and MEP engineers.

Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.

ARCHITECT DESINGER Requirements:

Degree in ARCHITECTURAL Engineering

Minimum 7 years of work experience as Architectural Designer.

Expert in Autocadd and 3D MAX Rendering or any kind of software renderings 3D.

Professionally registered in Dubai Municipality G+12 as Architect.

Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Sound understanding of physics and mathematics.

Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
