Architect with Tarakhees Submission Expertise

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of UAE building regulations , particularly Tarakhees submission procedures , and must have worked with a consultancy firm. This is an exciting opportunity to lead diverse architectural projects and contribute to innovative, high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural designs and ensure they align with client requirements and local regulations.
• Prepare, manage, and follow through with Tarakhees submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Stay updated with UAE building codes, regulations, and Tarakhees guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the internal team to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of architectural experience in the UAE, with hands-on involvement in Tarakhees submissions.
• Previous experience working with a consultancy firm is mandatory .
• Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp , and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, standards, and approval processes.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
