Now Hiring - Architect

Requirements:

• Based in Dubai, UAE
• Experience 2 years at least.
• Fluent in English
• Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

- Working hours 8 hours/days.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, or industrial projects based on client requirements, building codes, and budget constraints.
Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess potential challenges, and ensure construction is progressing according to plans.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
Ensure designs comply with zoning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and materials into architectural projects.
Present design proposals and progress reports to clients and make adjustments based on feedback.

Requirements :

Licensed or on track to become licensed as an architect (RA).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods.
Excellent design and visualization skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience in [mention specific areas of expertise, e.g., residential design, sustainable architecture, historic preservation] preferred.
Portfolio demonstrating previous architectural work and design process.
