Job Description

We are Hiring a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, project management, and construction. You will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements, ensuring their vision is accurately captured.
• Proposal Development: Develop and present project proposals, adjusting designs and plans to meet client needs.
• Material Specification: Specify architectural materials needed for construction projects.
• 3D Visualization: Prepare 3D renderings, animated walkthroughs, and other visualizations.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate design efforts between departments, including structural, MEP, and QS.
• Authority Submissions: Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings for Authorities submission.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years as an Architect in Dubai, coordinating with DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, Meraas, DEWA, and DCD.
• Software Proficiency: Expert in CAD/Revit, Sketch-Up, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Corona, and other rendering software.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate projects.
• Authority Regulations: Experienced in dealing with Authorities and their regulations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Required).
