Job Description

:

Our growing company have an immediate opening for an experienced Architect to service residential and commercial clients. You must have extensive experience to handle projects from the initial client briefing through the final stages of construction. We look forward to reviewing your resume.

Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.

Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

Developing and presenting project proposals.

Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.

Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Requirements:

Degree in architecture and with a minimum 1 year of professional experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Primavera, etc.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Strong creative and visualization skills.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Work Timing : Monday to Saturday 8AM to 5PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:
