At Schematic Engineering Consultants, we are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our prestigious team. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements, ensuring their vision is accurately captured.
• Project Management: Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Proposal Development: Develop and present project proposals, adjusting designs and plans to meet client needs.
• Material Specification: Specify architectural materials needed for construction projects.
• 3D Visualization: Prepare 3D renderings, animated walkthroughs, and other visualizations.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate design efforts between departments, including structural, MEP, and QS.
• Authority Submissions: Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings for Authorities submission.
• Site Queries: Reply to site RFIs for architectural queries.
• Feasibility Reports: Create feasibility reports on an urgent basis.
• Knowledge Sharing: Complete drawings and share innovative ideas with the draftsman.
• Team Assistance: Assist team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Field Inspections: Perform occasional field inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years as an Architect in Dubai, coordinating with DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, Meraas, DEWA, and DCD.
• Software Proficiency: Expert in CAD/Revit, Sketch-Up, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Corona, and other rendering software.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable in general engineering disciplines such as structural and electromechanical systems.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate projects.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Authority Regulations: Experienced in dealing with Authorities and their regulations.
• Collaboration: Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Required).
