Overview:

Aark Developers is a premier real estate development firm known for its luxurious and innovative residential projects. We are expanding our team at our Dubai office and are seeking an experienced Architect to oversee our ongoing projects.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Architect with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The successful candidate will be instrumental in following up on our projects at various stages of design and supervision, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with multiple project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design and supervision stages of luxury residential projects, ensuring all aspects align with Aark Developers' high standards.

- Act as the primary point of contact between Aark Developers and various consulting teams, including architectural, MEP, structural, FLS, acoustic, landscape, and water feature consultants, as well as interior design consultants.

- ?Coordinate effectively with contractors and suppliers for projects under construction, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.

- ?Develop comprehensive project documentation, prepare and present design proposals, and maintain detailed records of project progress.

- ?Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and legal requirements.

- ?Facilitate project meetings, provide updates to senior management, and maintain proactive communication across all channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred.

- ?Licensed Architect with 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in high-end residential projects.

- ?Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, SketchUp, and other design and visualization tools.

- ?Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders as listed above.

- ?Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- ?Proven project management abilities with a track record of managing complex projects from conception through completion.

- ?Acute attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working in Dubai or the MENA region with knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

- ?Experience with sustainable design and familiarity with environmental certification standards such as LEED or BREEAM.
