Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:
An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE. :
- Review project plans, specifications, construction agreements and perform field inspections
- Making feasibility reports, completing drawings and identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
- Review, analyze and approve architectural and engineering plans in order to assure that high rise towers are designed in accordance with applicable construction standards.
- Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment and best practices.
- Provide technical engineering expertise and consultation to staff, responding to specific licensure/certification questions and concerns during the plan review process.
- Open to Indian nationality
- Female, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or Building Technology
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in similar role from Real Estate/Architecture industry
