Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
- Conducting Site surveys and data collection to prepare project documents.
- Ability to prepare a detailed BOQ and assist in the procurement process.
- Ability to prepare a detailed site progressive report.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to details
- Capacity to operate within time constraints and challenges
- Practical interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Capable of engaging in learning new skills and dealing with ambiguity.
- Technically creative and open-minded
- Ability to operate under pressure based on critical or unforeseen occurrences and prioritized duties.
- Do you have Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Max, animation software, and Microsoft Office?
- o you have understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements?
- Can you prepare a detailed BOQ and assist in the procurement process?
- Can you prepare a detailed site progressive report?
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- MS Project or Primavera software: 1 year (Preferred)
- LEED AP: 1 year (Preferred)
- UAE driving license (Required)
