Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Obtaining and developing initial project brief into a concept proposal. Presenting the finalbrief to the stakeholders/client
- Defining the creative and conceptual direction of projects.
- Ensuring design development and documentation is in line with approved concept design and also aligned with Binghatti Group best practices and quality control
- Supervising and coordinating architectural design and drawings with other building disciplines and departments of Binghatti Group.
- Liaising with statutory authorities (DM, DCD, DSO, DCCA, etc.).
- To ensure statutory approvals are in line with project timelines.
- Review and validate tender drawings and documentation
- Co-ordinate and review BOQ with QS
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
- Regular site supervision
- Managing project profitability, change orders, variations of brief/works.
- Performs other related tasks as directed by the Line Manager
- Visual awareness and an eye for details.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Adaptability, strategic leadership and teamwork.
- Strong portfolio to prove design and aesthetic skills.
