The ARCHITECT - Civil Engineer

- Project Management is responsible for overseeing the execution of engineering projects while ensuring compliance with technical standards, project timelines, and budget constraints. The role requires expertise in site supervision, aluminum works, and project coordination, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, supervise, and ensure the successful execution of projects according to the approved schedule and technical specifications.

Site Supervision:

Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.

Aluminum Works Coordination:

Oversee and manage aluminum-related activities, including facades, windows, and doors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical issues.

Technical Reporting:

Prepare and analyze project reports, quantity take-offs, progress updates, and financial statements.

Engineering Software Utilization:

Utilize AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant software for accurate project planning and execution.

Team Management:

Lead and coordinate on-site teams to optimize productivity and maintain high-quality project deliverables.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all engineering activities comply with local and international safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of

five (5) years

of experience in project management, with expertise in site supervision and aluminum works. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) with the ability to draft reports and communicate effectively. Strong knowledge of engineering software and project management tools. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Valid driver's license.
