Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, construction, and project management.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs based on client needs and requirements Utilize software such as CAD, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and visualization Create detailed sketches, plans, and models for construction projects Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications Renovate existing structures while preserving their integrity and functionality Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools like 3ds Max Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Experience in construction estimating and project management Knowledge of NavisWorks for coordination and clash detection Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage in business development activities to acquire new projects Must have minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience
