Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our innovative team. As an architect with our firm, you will lead and collaborate on exciting projects, from concept development through to construction completion. You will have the opportunity to apply your creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional architectural solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from conceptualization and schematic design to design development and construction documentation.
• Create and develop architectural designs and drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Utilize advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software to produce drawings and 3D models.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or on track to become licensed as an architect.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
