Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in UAE

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
• Excellent design and visualization skills
• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and plans
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural designs and concepts
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage and oversee construction projects from concept to completion
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
