Requirements:Requirements: 7 to 10 years working experience working with Municipality Proven working experience in architectural, interior, exterior and landscape projects mainly residential Fully conversant in the Architectural Standards within the UAE Creative talent, imagination and eye for details Communication and presentation skills BS degree in Interior Architecture or similar Arabic speaker Responsibilities: Manage the design process from inception through concept, schematic design, detail design to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Study project brief and client end-user requirements Produce concept design ideas and sketches Produce Floor plans using hand sketches and Autocad software Produce 3d perspectives using 3Ds max, photoshop, AutoCAD, corona renderer and Microsoft office Design development & coordination with related disciplines. Conduct site visits to inspect architectural details and construction activities Illustrate the design presentation, reports, models & conformity upon material selection, specification to achieve the design required by the client.
