POSITION TITLE: Arcade Supervisor REPORTS TO: Operations Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing, managing and maintaining mechanical machines, arcade machines and amusement booths. Main Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the latest Family Entertainment and arcade trends in the market \xc2\xb7 Excellent Guest Experiences, strong communication skills for guest of all ages \xc2\xb7 Responds to Guest complaints of machine malfunction; analyses the mechanism to find the root of the problem. \xc2\xb7 Achieve company objectives regarding arcade sales budget. Profit & loss accountability of attractions \xc2\xb7 Estimation of purchasing needs and placement of arcade games. \xc2\xb7 Order placement with appropriate vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods for redemption, cranes and dispensers. \xc2\xb7 Participation in all areas of inventory, cash control and merchandize pay-out. \xc2\xb7 Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting for arcade sales \xc2\xb7 Monitor labour costs and staffing to meet defined labour budget and forecasted business needs \xc2\xb7 Maintain visual "Show" appearance of facility, strong attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Maintain High ethical standards in the workplace \xc2\xb7 Goal setting with direct reports and incentives for team members \xc2\xb7 Participation with the Marketing Department to develop ideas on how to advertise the arcade to attract more guest. Minimum Skills and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Computer, cash register, printer, photocopy machine, etc., \xc2\xb7 Experience in use of and knowledge of computers POS systems, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \xc2\xb7 Individual must have experience with operations of a family entertainment centre and arcade machines \xc2\xb7 Excellent math skills: the ability to process cash handling, profit & loss management, and understand basic payroll concepts and guidelines. Education \xc2\xb7 Associate degree preferred. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered Experience \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 year as a manager with experience in an entertainment centre with arcades Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
