Posted In 12/11/2013 The arbitration practice at this prestigious Magic Circle firm based in Abu Dhabi undertakes large scale, complex commercial arbitration matters, working closely with international offices on cross-jurisdictional disputes. Their practice areas include arbitration, ADR, financial and other general complex commercial litigation. Due to growth within the team, they are looking to hire an Associate with five to seven years PQE. Your key responsibilities will include client relationship management and business development activities with existing and potential clients. You will draft, review and negotiate documents and chair internal and external meetings. You will also be involved in taking a lead role in advising the client under appropriate supervision.
