We are seeking motivated and bilingual (Russian) real estate agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and possess excellent communication skills in both Russian and English. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing guidance to clients, and negotiating deals on their behalf.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends

- Arrange and attend property viewings with clients

- Guide clients through the negotiation process

- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers

- Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role

- Deep understanding of the local real estate market

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
