Job Title: HR Officer
:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to manage HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and support the overall HR strategy.
•A background in the construction industry is preferred. •
Experience: 5 + years' experience in UAE
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and selection processes for construction roles
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
• Administer HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and address grievances
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in performance management and employee development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Coordinate training and development programs specific to the construction industry
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the construction industry
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
