Job Description
Arabic sweets chef required, Chef must have the experience in preparing different types of suger syrups (Kater), Specialized syrups for each type of arabic sweet category. Chef nust have the knowledge in food safety, hygiene, and the good attitude to work with factory colleagues. Chef must have the experience in the following items: - All Lebanese Baklawa range. - Lebanese sweets with cream, such as halawet jebn, madlouka, mafrouki, kunafa cream. - kunafa items. - fried sweets: awama, balah sham, mushabak, etc.. - soft sweets: such as sfouf, harisa, barazek, ghuraibah, basbousa, etc.. - Mamoul: dates, pistachio, etc.. Chef must have good english speaking and writing Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
- chef: 10 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
