Sales Job Responsibilities:
1. Through searching customer from internet and exhibition to find the customer. Responsible for the sales of the company's laboratory and medical consumables ( cytology, Bio-processing, Liquid handling, Biological testing , most of the products are plasticware , such like Cell Culture Plate, Dish, Flask and Tubes.) in Middle East and African market;
2. Develop sales plans and target management plans to achieve performance growth;
3. Market and research and analysis, formulate marketing strategies ;
4. Regularly conduct customer relationship worship and maintain existing customers;
5. Participate on behalf of the company to the Exhibition and abroad business trip to visit Customers and promote the company's products and brands;
6. Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accurately present product features and benefits.
Qualification requirements:
1. Backgroud related to laboratory devices ,medical, laboratory consumables products, life science , biotechnology, laboratory operations, Bio-pharmaceutical, bio-engineering, environmental science and other related majors are preferred; Minimum Bachelor Degree. is preferred;
2. Self-motivated,initiative,open-minded, and detail-oriented.
3. Those who has the relevant sales channels resources are preferred;
4. Customer relationship development and maintenance capabilities; Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
5. Excellent organizational planning, internal communication and coordination ability and teamwork awareness ;
