• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Sales Support:
• Actively engage with customers to encourage purchases, upselling, and cross-selling products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Process customer transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
• Assist with promoting sales, discounts, or loyalty programs to customers.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about product details, features, and new arrivals.
• Ensure that the product displays are well-maintained, clean, and organized to attract customer interest.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurate and products are replenished as needed.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Assist with setting up and maintaining product displays, ensuring that items are arranged attractively and in accordance with company standards.
• Help with rotating stock to ensure that older products are sold first (FIFO - First In, First Out) and new items are properly displayed.
• Store Organization and Cleanliness:
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized sales floor, including tidying shelves, racks, and product displays.
• Ensure that fitting rooms are kept neat, and assist customers with their selections as needed.
• Regularly check the store's cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
• Stock Management:
• Help with receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and inform the management team of low inventory or out-of-stock items.
• Assist in preparing items for return to suppliers if necessary.
• Promotions and Marketing:
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions, marketing materials, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure promotional signage is displayed clearly and accurately.
