HR Executive - Dubai The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions within the organisation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.### The main responsibilities of the position include:
+ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Company objectives.
+ Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
+ Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
+ Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
+ Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
+ Support training and development activities.
+ Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
+ Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Address ad hoc requests from colleagues on HR matters.
### Main requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
+ Very good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws of UAE.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
+ An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
+ Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English.
+ Proficiency in HRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
