We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Call Center / Customer Servicer Executive to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Job Summary:


The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls. They will assist with booking appointments, answering inquiries about treatments and services, and ensuring that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen interest in the aesthetics and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service:

Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, treatments, pricing, and promotions. Provide accurate information about the aesthetics treatments and products offered. Assist clients with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling. Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Appointment Management:

Schedule, reschedule, or cancel client appointments based on availability and client preferences. Confirm and remind clients of their upcoming appointments via phone or email.

Sales Support:

Promote and upsell additional treatments or products where appropriate to increase client satisfaction and revenue. Inform clients about new services, packages, and seasonal promotions.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate client records, including appointment history and contact information. Input and update client details in the system as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the front desk, medical, and beauty staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Collaborate with management to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.

Follow-ups & Feedback:

Follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback on their experience and promote retention. Maintain and update records of follow-up activities and customer feedback.

General Administration:

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining supplies for the call center.

Qualifications:



Proven prior experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in the wellness or beauty / aesthetics industry) in the UAE Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional tone. Native Arabic speaker an advantage. Basic understanding of aesthetics, beauty treatments, and wellness services is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with call center software or CRM systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
