Marketing Communications
Implement umbrella brand strategy at local level in consultation with the superior
Adapt and implementation of strategic central marketing campaigns in digital and traditional platforms in consultation with the superior
Drive locally marketing promotions and communication in optimal Marketing Mix in consultation with the superior
Lead digital transformation - enhance digital services/communications considering local demands and local content in consultation with the superior
Participating in Plan, organize and execute fairs and events under consideration of global guidelines and support by fair dept
Drive Point-of-Sale initiatives on WD- and Workshop level aligned with central strategy
Annual Marketing planning and budgeting (incl. tracking) aligned with Sales activities and in accordance with the strategic alignment of central Marketing dept
Participating in Lead and benchmark external agencies
Business Lead and Generation
Define local actions to enrich local Partner's / Workshop's database (CRM) incl. digital consent (GDPR) in consultation with the superior
Direct Marketing to increase pull-effect through targeted promotions and communication
Customer Specific Marketing
Customer individual Marketing activities based on proactive planning, execution and review with focus
on Top-customers (Sell-in/Sell-out-, Product-, Price-, Stocking-promotions etc.) in consultation with the superior * Plan product promotions targeting key customers (Trade Promotions, Hella Partner World)
Participating in Manage Key Account marketing contribution budgets
Sales Support
Support Sales organization with relevant Marketing info and material to create push effect in consultation
with the superior * Facilitate sales/product training initiatives
Align Marketing planning to Sales Initiatives in consultation with the superior
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Professional education or special diploma
