We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Principal who is fluent in English and Arabic to join our team and lead our nursery to new heights.

As the Nursery Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children. You will work closely with staff, parents, and the community to create an inclusive and enriching educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursery staff
• Develop and implement educational programs and curricula that meet the developmental needs of children.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the physical, social, and emotional well-being of children.
• Engage with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships and address their concerns and needs.
• Promote the nursery within the community and engage in outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators and support staff.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
