Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Marketing Manager position. The position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the healthcare facility's services, enhance brand awareness, and drive patient engagement. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, patient outreach initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. An understanding of marketing and promotional strategies in the medical industry is a plus. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Can join immediately.
