They are seeking dedicated and personable Guest Relations Executive to join their team and enhance the experience of their valued guests.The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for all guests at the wellness center. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a genuine passion for health and wellness.Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed.
Provide detailed information about the wellness centers services, facilities, and programs.
Conduct tours of the center for new guests and explain membership options.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Resolve any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about all services and products offered at the wellness center.
Manage guest appointments and reservations efficiently.
Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
Confirm appointments and follow up with guests as needed.
Assist guests with membership sign-ups and renewals.
Promote special offers, packages, and wellness programs.
Process payments and manage related administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records of guest visits, preferences, and feedback.
Prepare regular reports on guest satisfaction and service issues.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Assist in planning and coordinating wellness events and activities.
Promote events to guests and encourage participation.
Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Passion for health and wellness.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
