Black Oud, a leading perfume brand, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Representative fluent in Arabic to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with our valued customers, managing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery processes. Your responsibilities will primarily include communicating with customers through various channels, such as WhatsApp and social media platforms, while also assisting in order preparation and coordinating with delivery services. Proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel and Word is essential for this role to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers in Arabic through WhatsApp and social media channels to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchase decisions.
• Order Management: Process and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain detailed records of orders using Microsoft Excel and other tools as needed.
• Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with delivery companies to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Handle any delivery-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling products according to company standards. Work closely with the sales team to meet customer demands and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through positive interactions and proactive support.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Black Oud's product offerings, including fragrances, ingredients, and special promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Arabic, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, to manage orders and maintain records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and delivery coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
