Proven experience in a kitchen management role in an Arabic restaurant (UAE experience is a must) Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively In-depth knowledge of Arabic cuisine, kitchen operations, and UAE food safety regulations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Must be available for immediate joining

Responsibilities

:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and timely service Manage kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently Maintain inventory, ordering, and liaising with suppliers Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Assist in menu planning and cost control Troubleshoot operational issues and find solutions quickly
