Liftalk provides a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and healing under the guidance of our licensed and experienced relationship coaches. : Liftalk is seeking experienced Relationship Coaches to join our global community of dedicated coaches. As a Relationship Coach, you will work as an independent contractor, providing expert guidance to individuals seeking assistance in various aspects of their relationships. We encourage coaches with expertise in different fields to apply, as we value diverse perspectives and knowledge. Responsibilities: - Provide personalized 1-on-1 online relationship coaching sessions to clients. - Address a wide array of relationships, including romantic, platonic, family, and parental dynamics, and sensitive topics. - Offer empathetic guidance tailored to the unique needs of each client. - Actively listen to clients' concerns, provide comfort and support, and offer expert advice and actionable solutions. - Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and integrity in coaching sessions. - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and research in relationship coaching. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Relationship Coach, with a focus on various relationship dynamics. - Strong communication and active listening skills. - Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to coaching. - Ability to tailor coaching techniques to individual client needs through text, voice, and video calls. - Coaching certification or relevant qualifications preferred but not mandatory. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Second language is an asset.
